Rustic Garden Reindeer

Course Fee: £85

Get your garden ready for winter and the festive season with your own hand-made garden reindeer.

This course will introduce you to the skills you need to make and assemble your own wooden reindeer, made from locally coppiced timber. You will learn how to and craft fitted joints in a friendly woodland environment.

You will use a range of traditional hand tools to make the reindeer, with the neck and legs jointed to the body for strength and stability.

Woods and is cut as part of the our normal woodland management during coppicing or glade creation and outside of the bird nesting season. So cut down your carbon footprint and increase your reindeer one by coming along to our Rustic Garden Reindeer course!

Please let us know if you have any specific requirements or needs. All materials and tool use are provided for you on the day. Refreshments and biscuits throughout the course. Please bring a packed lunch, notebook and pen and wear suitable clothes for working outdoors.

Refundable up to two weeks prior to course (minus £30 admin fee). No refunds for cancellations within two weeks of course. All adult courses are for 16 years or over.
