A one day course where you will learn the basics of splitting and shaping greenwood to make spoons. Using various tools including knives and small axes, this highly rewarding greenwood craft is suitable for complete novices and those with experience.

Useful and beautiful kitchen utensils must be supremely functional, hygienic and fit comfortably in the hand. What better way to ensure all three criteria than to make your own spoon and, if time allows, try making a spatula too!
