Rustic Woodland Coat Hooks - £85
Woodland Coat Hooks
Ever wanted somewhere to hang your hat? On this course you will make your own unique coat board using locally sourced hardwoods. The day will involve some traditional green wood working techniques and the use of a range of hand tools including: shave horses, draw knifes, saws, scrub planes and spoke shaves.
During the course you will cut and plane a backboard and then cut pieces of coppiced hazel to size for the coat pegs. After marking out the back board you will drill a series of holes for the pegs and make a tenon at the end of each peg before fitting them intot place.
