Aims:

This one-day course is suitable for beginners, for those interested in making cider or perry at home and for anyone with an interest in these unique, versatile and tasty products.  Ready to drink for Christmas!

The course covers:

Blending & bottling  - During the day, you will: process a mix of apples Crabb, Cookers, Eaters etc that are not too old, in order to produce juice. They can be misshapen, that is not a problem. Ideally, you should have a 'demi jon' in which to hold the juice though if you do not posses one, they can be supplied - but let us know in advance if you would like one.

If you bring your own apples you will need approximately 2 carrier bags full.
